UX/UI Design Portfolio

Along with a lead designer, I helped design a new website for Sky built around content — rethinking how the site looks and feels to create a more immersive experience for customers, while also supporting the ongoing work on the existing site.

I have contributed to the development of a modern design system built on semantic and primitive token architecture, which syncs to a global system shared across Sky's wider products — including Sky Go, Sky TV UI, and Neon.

As the sole designer across both the My Account web and native mobile app, I owned the end-to-end self-serve experience for existing Sky customers.

Over my six years at Psoda, my responsibilities centred around the comprehensive redesign and modernisation of the Psoda user interface through an agile approach.

For this project, we needed to design an offline-capable app for the energy sector. This app allows technicians to access job information from a fully planned and resourced project in the Psoda application while working in out in the field.

This project was completed during the Google UX Design Professional Certificate and included in-depth user research, iterative paper wireframes, digital prototypes in Figma and monitored usability studies.

The PsodaTime project is a standalone timesheet app designed to give timesheet-only users a fast, easy way to log hours without needing to navigate Psoda’s full, complex interface.

After reviewing our UX/UI processes at Psoda, the team concluded that we needed a design system to serve as our single source of truth for all UI elements.

Due to the extensive feature set of the Psoda app, a brand new help centre application was required to be researched and designed.

For this project, I was required to design a brand new standalone app to focus on Psoda's functionality of building and filling out forms.

In 2023, we decided on a comprehensive overhaul of Psoda's public facing website, introducing a completely fresh design.
